Shadowless is a Pokémon TCG collection app. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. This page explains the very small amount of data the app handles and why.
Everything that makes up your collection — the cards you own, their conditions and printings, your goals, and your saved price snapshots — is stored only on your device. It is included in your normal encrypted iCloud device backup so you don't lose it, but it is never sent to us and we cannot see it. When you use "Export collection," the file is handed to the iOS share sheet and goes wherever you send it — it never passes through our servers.
To show market prices, the app asks our pricing service for the value of a card. Those requests include:
The service keeps a per-identifier daily request count and, if you ever buy lookup credits, a credit balance. Under Apple's definitions this counts as "data collected," so we declare it honestly on our App Store privacy label as an Identifier, not linked to you, not used for tracking. Nothing else about you is collected.
If you use the in-app "Contact support" form, the message you type is delivered to a private support inbox through an email provider (Resend). If you choose to include a reply email address, it is used only to answer you. The support inbox address is never included in the app.
The app is rated 4+ and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
